I hate to dredge up the Tiny Engines situation, but it’s put some really great bands in a bind. Bands like New Jersey’s Long Neck, who were preparing to release new LP World’s Strongest Dog when the rug was pulled out from under them.
Rebounding, the members of Long Neck this week launched an Indiegogo campaign that, if successful, would allow them to release the album independently — and they hit their goal within hours!
So it’s official: World’s Strongest Dog comes out April 10. But there’s even better news for Long Neck fans: the lead single “Campfire,” with its big, confident sound, might be the band’s best song yet. Check it out:
