Canadian musician Julianna Riolino (who goes by the stage name J.R.) introduced herself to the world a few months back with the 1970s-flavored indie rock track “Be My Man.” She’s slowed things down with second single “PAL,” released this week, but the guitar-based track still hums with manic energy and J.R.’s unique charisma. This is an artist to watch.
