When Cloud released 2018’s stellar Plays With Fire, it was billed as the “likely final full length album” from Tyler Taormina and friends. Luckily that phrasing left the door wide open for a new live EP recorded around the same time as Plays With Fire. It comes out May 10 via Audio Antihero.

Live from Kulak’s Woodshed features a compact six-song highlighted by “Mother Sea,” an epic track from the band’s 2013 album Comfort Songs.

Joining Taormina on stage for the rare live performance by Cloud — which has done most its music-making in the studio — was David Yorr and Jonathan Davies.
